Under the patronage and attendance of H.H. Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah, Prime Minister, the Public Authority for Youth held today a ceremony honoring the winners of the Kuwait Youth Excellence and Creativity Award (sixth edition).
The ceremony was attended by HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil Dr. Imad Mohammed Al-Otaiki and a number of Their Excellencies ministers, heads of diplomatic and consular missions in the country, and senior officials in the country.
In a speech during the ceremony, H.H. the Prime Minister said, "We thank God for the blessings of security and safety, the blessing of mercy and harmony, and the blessing that God has endowed this good, safe and peaceful country with young people who believe in their Lord, believe in their country, and believe in their leadership."
HH The Amir praised the Kuwaiti youth's belief in the importance of real participation in shaping and building the future Kuwait through intensive investment in creative human capital.
"We are celebrating the last ten days of the holy month of Ramadan with this group of creative Kuwaitis who believe that true participation is not limited to a ceremony in which awards are distributed, but to be partners in shaping and building (Kuwait of the future)," H.H. the Prime Minister added.
"I look forward today to meeting them and participating with them in Kuwait's joy at this elite group of Kuwaiti children who are building the future of this country," concluded HH The Amir.
For his part, HE Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs, Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Minister of State for Communications Affairs Dawood Sulaiman Marafi reviewed in his speech on this occasion the strategy of the Public Authority for Youth during the coming period and its future projects.
At the end of the ceremony, H.H. the Prime Minister honored the winners of the Kuwait Youth Excellence and Creativity Award in its sixth edition.
